Please make sure you have a dedicated power source (plug) for each inflatable or electronic equipment to avoid over loading any electrical circuits. We only supply 25m of leads any additional length required is charged at £10 for another 25m lead with the maxiimum total length being 50m to avoid power drop.

Outside the castle must be able to be staked into flat soil so please bare this in mind, any stoney ground would need to be covered so let us know before booking. We cannot set up through Astro turf or any hard standings ie; concrete, tarmac, paving. It is not legally allowed as the castle must be secured into the ground with metal stakes.

We will not be responsible if we turn up and cannot secure the castle or get a good power source, you will lose your booking fee and not be able to have the inflatable.

Please also note we will not be liable for any parking charges or fines whilst delivering for your event so please make sure we have adequate room for a long wheel base van upon arrival and collection for your event.
